Do I need an appointment?
Nope! You can come and go as you please. But if you're the type who likes a little structure (or just appreciates a solid reminder), you’re welcome to schedule your visit ahead of time to get a calendar invite and handy reminders so it stays on your radar.
What is your cancellation policy?
We get that life happens. There are no cancellation or no-show fees — ever. Just come in when you can. We’ll be here.
What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept cash, debit, and all major credit cards. We also accept Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flex Savings Accounts (FSA) cards!
Do you take insurance?
No, I'm sorry we don't take any form of health insurance such as HMO, PPO, Medicaid, or Medicare. We do accept HSA and FSA cards.
Do you work with Auto Accident Claims or Worker's Compensation Claims?
I'm sorry, we do not work with any auto accident claims or Worker's Compensation claims. Please finish treatment for any outstanding claims before requesting a consultation.
Does every client receive an adjustment on the first visit?
Initial visits include a consultation, and if indicated by the chiropractor, an adjustment. The chiropractor will look at medical history and examination results to determine if an adjustment is necessary on the first visit. In some situations, a chiropractor might delay an adjustment to subsequent visits based on the determined treatment plan created for the individual.
Are there any other fees?
Our memberships are subject to an annual $49.99 facilities maintenance and deep cleaning fee, billed once per year in January.
This fee helps cover ongoing facility upkeep and operational costs and allows Carbon Valley Chiropractic to keep monthly membership pricing lower throughout the year. There is no fee for one-time visitors.
